Islamabad: In a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, it was announced to provide free flour to deserving people in two provinces during the month of Ramadan.
On behalf of the Prime Minister, free flour will be provided to 185 thousand deserving families of Islamabad. Apart from this, gift of flour is being given to deserving people in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Addressing the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that any kind of deficiency in the quality of gift of flour will not be tolerated, the government is trying to provide relief to the poor and middle class.
He said that for the first time in the history of the country, a package has been prepared for the supply of free flour in Ramadan. In total, 1 crore 58 lakh households will be distributed free flour in Punjab. will
The Prime Minister said that the eligible people should SMS their identity card to 8171, flour will be available at cheap prices from 50 Ramadan bazaars in Balochistan. The deserving families will be able to get the gift of free flour from 18 March 2023 at 40 points of utility stores.
