
KARACHI: Now you don’t need to go round the offices, National Airlines (PIA) has introduced WhatsApp chatbot.
According to the details, the national airline has decided to provide convenience and guidance to passengers with the help of technology, under which PIA has introduced a WhatsApp chatbot.
With the help of the chatbot, the passenger will be able to confirm the ticket before the flight, and also get guidance about the seat and other matters.
Passengers will also be able to check their flight schedule and timings with the help of WhatsApp, earlier these facilities required a visit to the helpline or offices.
