Karachi: 2 passengers with fake Italy departure stamp on their passports were offloaded from the flight at Lahore Airport.
According to the details, FIA Immigration offloaded 2 passengers going for Umrah while taking action at Lahore Airport.
The passengers were going to Jeddah by flight number ER821, but their passports were stamped with a fake departure to Italy, and there was no record of the arrival and departure of the passengers in the system.
The FIA spokesperson said that preliminary investigation revealed that the accused had obtained visas from the agent for a total of Rs 6 lakh.
According to FIA spokesperson, the accused have been transferred to Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Lahore for legal action.
